An open source library and SDK that gives AI models access to the physical world through microcontrollers and sensors.

Most AI lives entirely on a screen. OpenArms is about giving models a way to reach into the physical world: reading from sensors and driving microcontrollers, through one open library and SDK instead of a pile of one-off glue code.

The goal is to make the boundary between a model and a piece of hardware boring and reliable. If you want a model to sense something in a room and act on it, the plumbing for that should be open, simple, and not tied to any one vendor.

OpenArms is open source and in active development.
